Your 6 Week Journey

Over six weeks, you’ll explore the sacred science of Tafakkur—Quranic reflection—through a blend of teaching, discussion, and guided spiritual practice.

WEEK 1

Cosmic Pictures in the Quran

The Qur’an calls us to observe the skies, stars, clouds, and the changing day and night—not just as physical realities, but as divine signs. In this module, we explore how the Qur’an paints cosmic images to awaken awe, wonder, and deep connection with Allah. Each verse is not just a message, but a picture—meant to be felt, imagined, and reflected upon.

WEEK 2

The Three Worlds – A Spiritual Map of Reality

Understand traditional Islamic cosmology—the three realms: Lahut (Divine Presence), Malakut (spiritual unseen), and Mulk (physical world). These realms are not far-off concepts, but layers of existence we interact with daily. Understanding this map gives depth to our spiritual journey and our connection with Allah.

WEEK 3

Microcosm & Macrocosm – Man as a Reflection of Creation

You are not just in the universe; you are a reflection of it. The human being, created with complexity and beauty, mirrors the greater cosmos and carries within the signs of Allah. In this module, we reflect on our role as Khalifah on earth, and how our own souls reflect the Divine Names and signs of Allah.

WEEK 4

Natural Order & Balance – Signs of Divine Wisdom

The rhythm of nature is not random—it is deeply meaningful. From the stars in orbit to the balance of ecosystems, creation reflects divine order and harmony. This week, we explore the Quranic concept of Mizan (balance), and how observing creation can soften our hearts, align our inner world, and return us to Allah.

WEEK 5

Divine Names & Creation – Traces of Allah in All Things

Allah’s Beautiful Names are not just for memorization—they are living realities reflected in every moment of life. This module focuses on how the Names of Allah manifest through creation, especially Al-Muhyi (The Giver of Life). We learn how to perceive the Divine in breath, in growth, in stillness—and how contemplation becomes connection.

WEEK 6

From Ayah to Action – Living a Life of Tafakkur

Tafakkur is not only for moments of quiet reflection—it’s meant to shape how we live. In this final module, we explore how to carry the contemplative heart into our daily lives. How do we see life as an Ayah? How do we respond with presence, intention, and purpose? This week ties it all together—so our hearts awaken, and our lives begin to reflect that awakening.
